The bot reads the caption you type when sending the photo. No caption or SALES = Income (daily POS report). Type EXPENSE in the caption = Expense (store purchase receipt).

Logging Daily Sales (Income)

At end of each business day, take a clear photo of your POS Shift Report printout showing Cash, Card and Bank Transfer totals.

Send the photo to Annyis Finance Bot (+1 869 XXX XXXX). You can leave the caption blank or type SALES — the bot logs it as income automatically.

The bot logs 3 separate income entries under category Daily Sales: one for Cash, one for Card, one for Bank Transfer — each with the correct amount and date.
What gets logged from your POS photo (Income):
Cash total → Daily Cash Sale · Category: Daily Sales · Method: Cash
Card total → Daily Card Payment · Category: Daily Sales · Method: Credit Card

Logging a Store Expense

Take a photo of the expense receipt (supplier invoice, utility bill, stock purchase, etc.).

Send the photo to the bot and type EXPENSE in the caption. You can also add more detail, e.g. EXPENSE Stock purchase or EXPENSE Electricity bill — the bot uses it as the description.

The bot reads the total amount from the receipt and logs it as an expense. The payment method is read from the receipt if visible, or defaults to Cash.
